During my stay at Residence Royal House, I was astounded by the exceptional level of service and attentiveness of the staff. On a frantic morning, I had lost my bracelet somewhere in the apartment, and to my amazement, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me search for it, eventually finding it tucked away in the sitting area. The heating and air conditioning facilities were impeccable, allowing me to adjust the room temperature to my exact preferences, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The provision of top-notch tea and coffee facilities in the fully equipped kitchen made me feel right at home, coupled with the convenient dining table for enjoying meals. With a flat-screen TV for entertainment and a wide array of cookware and kitchen utensils at my disposal, Residence Royal House truly exceeded all my expectations, providing a flawless and memorable experience.
